CERTIFICATES

If a quiz is available for an on-demand session, it can be accessed through the link in the session description.

More than 20 hours of CE will be made available. This is made up of a combination of RACE-approved and non-RACE. Sessions will be labeled as such. Post event virtual lectures are subject to the approval of the presenter and may only be available during their posted time slots. There is a limited time that these sessions will be made available. Note: RACE CE is subject to approval by the AAVSB. Note: CE hours are based on speaker commitment. We cannot be held responsible for speaker no-shows.

REFUNDS – Is my registration refundable?

Passes and Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred.
If you’d like to transfer your registration, please email us at [email protected] at least two weeks prior to the conference. We will not process transfers over the phone.

SOCIAL MEDIA – Is VET on social media?

Yes. Like us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram & Twitter and share us, well, anywhere!

CERTIFICATES – Where can I find my Certificate of Attendance?

Go to the My Account page once logged in, you will see a tab called Certificate, click that and then Download Certificate. Please note, your governing body may require a quiz for sessions watched “On-Demand). You must print this page and keep as proof of completion for each session.

Missing credits?
We request you wait until you have listened to all your sessions before reaching out to us, including on-demand. We will be happy to update your certificate at that time.

PRESENTATIONS – Are the presentations available? / How do I get the presentations?

If the speaker provided us with a copy of their slides, they will be available in the Documents Tab in that session to download.

EVALUATIONS – Can I complete the session/conference evaluations after the conference?

Yes. The session evaluations are left open following the conference.

What time zone will the sessions be presented in?

All sessions will be presented in Eastern Time (ET).

Will the sessions be available on-demand after?

All-access pass holders will be able to view on-demand sessions until June 16th, 2023. Please note, some speakers may elect not to be available on-demand.

How do I watch a session?

Make sure you’re logged in, go to the Sessions page and click on the title of each session you are interested in viewing. Add it to your agenda (if it is not already there) by clicking on the “Register and Add to my Agenda” button. You can then join or watch by clicking the green join presentation button.

Do I have to be registered to watch each session?

You must already be registered in order to watch sessions. You also must add the sessions you want to your agenda.

Please note that CE credits will only be awarded to those that  attend the session  room for a minimum of 45 minutes. Failure to do so may affect your CE accreditation. Jumping from session room to room may potentially void your CE certificate.

I am not seeing the green join presentation button.

First, make sure you added the session to your agenda as per the above.  If you have added the session to your agenda, and are still not seeing the green join presentation button, your browser might be cached on your device. You may need to clear your browser’s cache on the join page. To do so:

  • On Windows: ctrl + F5
  • On a Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
  • On Linux: F5
Can I add notes while watching?

Yes, go for it! When in a session, click the myNotes tab, type and export them later on.

We suggest you check your licensing body for qualifying CE criteria.  In order to ensure you get credited for your session(s), we encourage you to participate in the LIVE sessions wherever possible.

OAVT members please note that although the OAVT accepts VET CE submissions it is not accredited by the OAVT.
