Professionally trained as a lawyer in the UK, Nava brings a variety of expertise to the running of a practice. Motivating teams to achieve results is her passion. Nava came to Canada in 2007 when she married her husband, a dentist and practice owner. She worked tirelessly to ensure a successful transition from the original owner. Nava has run various workshops and consults with teams who are looking to achieve higher performance. Nava is also the President of MDP Corp, a temporary placement agency. Nava lives in North York and has two beautiful little girls, ages 6 and 4.
