Change your mind? No problem. If COVID 19 is still a concern for you by October 15th, we will offer you a credit to apply to the 2022 VET live conference, less a $25 virtual registration fee.
Should the event be cancelled due to COVID restrictions and government regulations we will pivot to an entirely virtual conference. Your registration fee will be applied to VET 2022 and you will still be registered to attend VET Virtual Fall for no additional charge.
Fees are non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another Macgregor Communications event provided requests are made 30 days prior the conference date. Veterinary Education Today focuses on Canadian CE requirements and as such does not issue letter of invitations to international veterinary professionals.

Non Exhibiting Industry Supplier Policy
Access to the VET conference and exposition is open to veterinarian healthcare professionals and students only. Non-exhibiting Industry Suppliers are not permitted to participate in the conference or exposition. A supplier is considered to be any individual or company who provides a product or service to the veterinary industry, such as medications (prescribed and over-the-counter), food, pet accessories and treats, financial services, medical equipment and devices, software and or office management products/services, memorial products/services, and more. Industry Suppliers may request a guided tour of the conference and exposition. Tour Requests must be received by 5:00pm EST five business days prior to the start of the conference. Media companies that wish to attend VET should complete an application for a Media Pass, which can be downloaded here. You must apply for Show Management approval by 5:00pm EST five business days prior to the start of the conference. Media accreditation is non-transferrable. Any deviation from the media scope outlined may result in revocation of your pass. No more than two (2) editorial representatives may attend over the duration of the show. Publishers and/or salespeople from media organizations do not qualify for a media pass.
