We encourage you to use VETs official hotel room blocks.  The Complimentary shuttle runs from the official hotels only.
A list of ALL our exclusive suppliers are provided below. Any company contacting you claiming to be an official representative, whose information is not listed, is fraudulent. This also includes companies claiming they have the list of VET attendees for rent. We comply with CASL regulations, and as such do not rent out our list to third party companies. Generally, these organizations are scams and have no list available for rent. Please do not engage with them, should they reach out to you.

Below is a helpful checklist to ensure your exhibiting experience at Veterinary Education Today is a positive one. Please take note of deadline dates as ordering services on-site can add 20% to your overall expenses, and supply is not guaranteed. 

The cost for unloading, spotting and loading exhibit materials is included in your booth space cost. Basic Wi-Fi is included. Should you need significant access to Wi-Fi (downloading, etc.) we suggest you order it from our communications supplier listed below.  Booths will be set with an 8' high drape on the back and both sides of all inline booths (i.e. excluding islands). Don't forget to order your carpet, tables, chairs or electrical as these services are not  included in your booth, unless pre-ordered with your sponsorship.

Due to Social Distancing requirements, there will be a move-in and move out schedule.  More information COMING SOON!
