Dear Exhibitor,

Below is a helpful checklist to ensure your exhibiting experience at Veterinary Education Today is a positive one. Please take note of deadline dates as ordering services on-site can add 20% to your overall expenses.

The cost for unloading, spotting and loading exhibit materials is included in your booth space cost. Booths will be set with an 8' high back-wall drape and a 3' high side-wall drape (excluding islands). Don't forget to order your carpet, tables, chairs or electrical as these services are not included in your booth, unless pre-ordered with your sponsorship.

Booth Staff Badges:
          All booth staff must wear a valid exhibitor badge at all times. Use Exhibitor Badge Registration link to register your staff.  You must use a seperate email address for each person.

If you use a shipper or delivery service other than Lange: 
1) In order to facilitate the receipt of shipments being delivered before this time you must utilize the
Advance Service
2) If your shipper or courier cannot pick up on SATURDAY, September 29th between 2:45 and 6 pm you must utilize the After Show Warehouse

  If shipping directly to the show site use the Show Site Shipping Label - (will not be accepted before noon on move-in day)
If shipping to pre-event warehouse, use label included in Advance order document below.
