Please have your booth updated by September 23rd, when the virtual site goes live.

Please use this portal to register each of your representatives who will be working at your virtual booth.  Please note, every exhibitor booth staff needs to register with a unique email address.

In conjunction with our swag provider, we have put together a mini catalogue of popular swag products to send to the first 500 VET attendees.  What better way to kick-off the VET conference than to have them receive a fun swag delivery just before the event. 

Simple steps

  • Review the pre-selected swag choices
  • Complete the order form with your selected product(s). Every effort will be made to ensure your product is unique within the swag package. All products are on a first come, first served basis and we will not offer the same product to any other exhibitor.
  • Submit the completed order form and Credit Card Payment for with your vector format logo (either .EPS or.AI) no later than August 17th, to then…
